Joe Deane
Joe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University and is driven by a profound dedication to serving clients and consistently exceeding their expectations. Leveraging his proven track record of scaling national commercial roofing companies, he focuses on delivering elite operational excellence and building lasting partnerships. When he is not driving business growth, Joe enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, and pursuing his goal of playing the Country's top 100 golf courses.
Cole Pauley
Cole is a graduate of Dallas Baptist University who brings nearly 20 years of national commercial roofing experience to his role, with a specialized focus on large loss projects. Having spent five years as a major case adjuster on national claims, he possesses a unique operational edge and a deep passion for solving complex large loss issues. Outside of the roofing industry, Cole is an avid outdoorsman who loves fishing, golfing, and spending quality time with his wife and three children.

Cutter Haigood
Cutter studied Accounting and Business at Tarleton State University, giving him a disciplined, analytical perspective on complex commercial roofing engagements. He brings partners data-driven solutions and the transparency needed to make well-informed, strategic decisions. Outside of work, Cutter enjoys exploring new restaurants and riding horses with his wife, and spends most weekends on the golf course.
Sebastian McMichael
Sebastian brings nearly a decade of hands-on experience across every phase of the commercial roofing industry, from estimating and project management to national sales and supply chain distribution. He delivers value through a proactive, 360-degree approach, staying ahead of portfolio needs, mitigating risks before they arise, and tailoring the right solution to each client. Outside of work, Sebastian cherishes time with his wife and their daughter, who was born this past year, and enjoys golfing and relaxing days on the lake.
Sawyer Guidry
Sawyer earned his Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma with a depth of knowledge in Construction Science, combining commercial acumen with technical fluency. He brings partners genuine, trust-based relationships and advocacy that's as focused on their success as they are. Outside of work, Sawyer is an outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and dirt track racing, along with time spent with family and close friends.
