HOW REPAIRS GET AUTHORIZED

Pre-authorized repairs. No delays.

Both tiers operate under a Not-To-Exceed (NTE) authorization tied to Prism's T&M rate sheet. Repairs within the NTE are completed on-site. Anything beyond it is documented, quoted, and submitted for separate approval.
